A few years back, I posted what became a very popular blog all about food in New Orleans. NOLA consistently ranks on top ten lists for the best food in the world. In fact, in this week's Travel + Leisure's America's Favorite Cities guide, we ranked in the top 10 in nearly all the food categories (not to mention #1 in Friendly, Proud of their City, Live Music Scene, People Watching, etc... but I digress.)
Okay, back to food. According to this excellent article in last month's New York Times (which you should definitely go and read right now, if you have not already. Go on... I'll wait), New Orleans has 70% more restaurants now than she did prior to Katrina. As such, it's time for a brand new edition of my Three Perfect Meals blog. You can check out the original post here, but have a look and see what our students, alumni and locals would do if they had one day to eat their three most favoritest meals here in town. Ready?
